- Projects to be considered must be predominantly residential however there is a recognition that most schemes will contain retail and/or commercial elements
- Developments that contain a mix of accommodation types and tenures will be welcomed
- Unit types, prices and location will be assessed in terms of marketability
- There must be an identifiable element of infrastructure that HISCo could deliver at a reasonable cost
- HISCo welcomes all enquiries regarding future projects and in some cases the Company will be directly engaging with potential clients
- The Company is predominantly targeting projects of scale
